Financial Information: Invoice details (your credit card information is processed by iyzico secure payment infrastructure and is not stored by GAINTART)

Your personal data is collected through automatic and non-automatic means via our website, email, telephone, and other communication channels.
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:
- Your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1)
- Direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
- Fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç)
- Necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-f)
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

- Authorized public institutions within the scope of legal obligations

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

b) To request information if your personal data has been processed
c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
d) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
e) To request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
f) To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated by Article 7 of KVKK
g) To request notification of correction, deletion, and destruction operations to third parties
h) To object to any result arising against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
i) To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data
7. HOW TO APPLY
To exercise your rights, you may apply in writing to info@gaintart.com. GAINTART will conclude your request free of charge within the shortest time possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest.
ELECTRONIC COMMERCE CONSENT
In accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related legislation, your consent is obtained for GAINTART to send you commercial electronic messages (campaigns, discounts, new product notifications, etc.). You may cancel your newsletter subscription at any time.
