How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately sending an e-mail to info@gaintart.com submitting a request for a change or cancellation.
How can I return my order?

Most orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can visit our return policy and return your order. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is completed successfully, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your shipment. You will be able to track your package's status.
